The Take Control viewer, installed on device's providing assistance, is available for the following Operating Systems. Windows Server 2008 and Windows Vista, supports Server Core versions of Windows Take Control (N-able), previously known as Take Control (MSP Anywhere), connections are available from Windows or Mac computers running the Take Control (N-able) viewer. Take Control (TeamViewer) connections are only available from Windows device running the Take Control (TeamViewer) viewer. The Take Control host, installed on device's requiring assistance, is available for the following Operating Systems. This is critical for Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2. Operating Systems with Service Pack requirementsĮnsure the operating system is on the latest service pack available. You add the computer as a Network Device, and apply Ping and custom SNMP Checks to monitor its status. You can monitor Windows XP and Server 2003 devices with basic Agentless monitoring through Network Device Monitoring.
